Flyer & Poster Design Collection

I wanted to see how far a simple flyer could go for a luxury property. It has a few seconds to catch someone's eye, so every piece in this series had to stop people quickly and still feel premium.

I started by giving the series its own small identity, with a palette, type and icons, and then built each layout around one strong image, one clear message and one next step. The result is a set of flyers and posters that work in print and on screen.
