MAR Y LAGO

MAR Y LAGO is a coastal residential development in Drage, Croatia. NAWAAT Real Estate came to me for a brand and a brochure that would capture the calm of Adriatic living and the project's premium position.

I took my cues from the building's clean geometry and the coastline around it. A sea and stone palette, generous white space and simple layouts let the renders and the lifestyle do the talking. I designed the logo, the full brand identity and the brochure.
