LUXORICA is a self-initiated concept for a luxury residential brand. The goal was an identity that earns trust quickly and makes buyers feel something.

I kept the compositions minimal, built a custom pattern system and chose imagery that puts the lifestyle first. Every page gets room to breathe, from the logo all the way to the brochure.
